United Technologies’ Center for Intelligent Buildings in Florida showcases building products, serves as a connected work space for employees, and is designed to be an environmentally sustainable building. The UTC Center will create 480 jobs. UTC Climate, Controls & Security is a provider of heating, ventilating, air conditioning and refrigeration systems, building controls and automation, and fire and security systems leading to safer, smarter, sustainable and high-performance buildings.
